Dodgeball London – Terms and Conditions

Liability

You agree that you are taking part at your own risk. Dodgeball London is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for any injury or damages however caused that may occur to you, your team members, opponents, or others’ property.

You understand the basic game rules and agree to play by them. You agree that whilst every endeavour is taken to make sure the game is run with maximum safety, as with any sport there is a chance of injury. You agree not to participate if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are concerned about possible injury, you understand that it is your responsibility to take out personal accident insurance.

Personal insurance is not included in any fee paid to Dodgeball London by you. That is your responsibility should you so wish to take it up.

Refunds

Dodgeball London do not give refunds for event’s or tournaments entries. To guarantee a place in the event/tournament your team are required to pay the full amount in advance.

Private Parties/Events/Tournaments – Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated. Once payment is received, Dodgeball London will confirm the event with the venue and with yourself. We cannot guarantee the desired venue or time-slot will still be available if you delay payment.

If an event is cancelled Dodgeball London unfortunately cannot refund payment. If the event is to be re-scheduled then payment for the event can potentially be carried across to the new date minus pitch hire and any food or referee cancellation costs. All players will be required to sign a disclaimer from before playing.

We do not give refunds if you do not turn up for any reason if the venue is open and our referee/host is present.

Privacy

Any of your private details to any other party and we fully comply with the data protection act of 1998.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions without prior notice and when suitable for Dodgeball London. We also reserve the right to not allow individuals to participate who are intoxicated, violent, abusive or under the age of sixteen without a parental letter of consent.
